RMW has welcomed Doug Green as our new A&R consultant! In this role, he will be helping to facilitate collaborations between RMW writers and outside writers. Doug will also be assisting in the recruiting of RMW talent and song pitching. We are so excited to have Doug join our team!
Upon graduating from Drexel University in 2007, Doug began working with Grammy-nominated engineer and producer David Ivory (The Roots, Halestorm, Patti LaBelle) handling day-to-day business for his record label, Flexitone Records. He has worked closely with a number of regional and international artists on everything from booking and promoting shows to artist management, album marketing and promotions, artist procurement and development, PR and radio campaigns.
Doug is currently the Director of A&R for Blue Collar Records, an independent record label based in New Jersey, and President of his management company New Rivals Entertainment.
