Reel Muzik Werks has experienced a lot of change over the past few weeks, including welcoming three new members to the RMW team. Check out their bios below to learn more about the new team members and their roles. We are so excited to see what this new season of growth and change brings. 

 

Studio Coordinator

Cooper Carr is an audio engineer, producer, musician and songwriter originally from Kansas City, MO. He moved to Nashville in 2020, and recently completed his degree at Belmont University in audio engineering with a minor in music business. Cooper is passionate about helping other’s creative visions come to life. As a former Reel Muzik Werks intern, he is very excited to join RMW full time as the new Studio Coordinator. 

Music Royalties & Claims Assistant

Kati Reynolds is originally from Castle Rock, CO and came to Nashville to pursue her BBA in Music Business at Belmont University. After graduating in May, she has joined the Reel Muzik Werks team as the new Music Royalties & Claims Assistant. She loves metal music, Taylor Swift, hiking, and a good game of solitaire. Kati is so excited to be joining the RMW team!

Music Admin & Copyright Assistant

Brandon Jones is a recent graduate from Belmont University working as the Music Admin and Copyright Assistant at RMW. Coming from a small town in Oklahoma, he has had big dreams of working in the music industry since he moved to Nashville for college, and he is thrilled to be putting his degree to great use! Outside of work, he’s a music producer who loves to travel and hang out with his cats.

We are excited to announce that Madison Policastri has joined Reel Muzik Werks as the new A&R Manager, where she will be playing an integral part in developing and expanding the creative department. In her new role, she will focus on developing RMW songwriters, session booking, song pitching, and more.

Madison joins the RMW team after working at companies such as Red Street Records and Demolition Music, where she was immersed in the Country, Pop, Christian, and Sync Markets. Madison brings her passion and knowledge of those genres to RMW and is excited to create opportunities for the roster. Madison hails from the fine state of New York, more specially Stanton Island. We are happy to have her here in Nashville as a part of our incredible team.
