Donna assists in all day to day music publishing operations and specializes in royalty claims analysis for writers and publishers.
Prior to joining Reel Muzik Werks, Ms. Rizzo spent 32 years handling all aspects of self-insurance claims for both private and public employers. The last 7 years of which Ms. Rizzo effectively administered a multi-million dollar claims operation by streamlining workflow and implementing cost reductions programs.
Her management philosophy is built on the development of strong relationships with partners that in turn allow for more efficient and effective delivery of services to clients.
