Mr. Carpenter oversees Reel Muzik Werks operations. His oversight encompasses Finance, Human Resources and Operations Management.

In the Human Resources area, Mr. Carpenter is responsible for benefits administration and oversight including regulatory oversight and legal compliance.

In the Operations area, Mr. Carpenter oversees Insurance (procurement, monitoring and management) including risk management and legal activities: (Contracts, Leases)

 Additionally, Mr. Carpenter has owned his own insurance brokerage firm for the past 25+ years.
